Refund Policy

1. 24-Hour Return Guarantee
We stand by our slang courses! If you purchased a subscription (Monthly or Yearly) and realize it's not a fit, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of the transaction.
2. Completion Condition
To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed zero (0) paid lessons (excluding the first chapter, unit 1 free lesson which is open to all trials). Once you begin and submit answers for subsequent premium slang modules, the refund request will be automatically denied. No exceptions, no cap.
3. Lifetime Pass Terms
Lifetime passes are subject to the same 24-hour window constraint. You must acknowledge the non-refundability terms during checkout. We do not support refund requests for lifetime passes after 24 hours under any circumstances.
4. Processing a Refund
To request a refund, go to your Profile Dashboard Settings page, scroll to the Billing Control Widget, verify you meet the refund guidelines checklist, and press the refund request button. Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
